Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. This tasty and filling meal will keep you energy packed for the whole day. These sandwiches are easy to digest and can make a wonderful staple in your kids snack box as well.

What all you need:

Bread – 8 pieces
Capsicum (chopped) – 1 cup
Onion (chopped) – 1 cup
Malai/Milk cream – 2 tablespoon
Red chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt (to taste)
Oil – 1/2 teaspoon

Step by step recipe:

1.Place the chopped capsicum and onion into a bowl.
2.Add the malai to it.

3.Add salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and mix well.


4.Apply this mixture on one slice of bread and cover with another slice.


5.Heat the skillet and apply oil on it.
6.Put the prepared bread sandwich on it and toast until golden brown on both sides.
